We take pride in providing only the freshest and most high quality treats for our customers, and that is why our treats are always made to order. This means that everything is made about one to two days before your order is shipped. Since our treats are not made with any preservatives or artificial ingredients, they should be consumed as soon as possible to ensure maximum freshness. With proper storage, our treats can last anywhere between 3-14 days depending on the type of treat.
We take food safety seriously. All treats are individually packaged and sealed in food safe containers. During the Summer or when shipping to warmer locations, our boxes are always shipped in an insulated liner with cold gel brick via FedEx 2-Day Express or FedEx 2-Day Ground. This packaging and shipping solution is considered best practice by the major shipping carriers.
Yes, all of our desserts can be frozen for at least a few weeks or up to 6 months (depending on the type of dessert). They can also be refrigerated for at least a few days and up to a week. Please confirm that your containers are appropriate for freezing.
We take your concern about allergies very seriously. You may let us know the specific allergies that you have at checkout and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. However, please note that while we have a strict cross contamination policy, we cannot guarantee a total absence of any specific ingredient in our products as they may be produced in shared facilities.
Yes, every order will include nutritional information for the products included. You may also reach out to us here for the same information.
Yes! Contact us here asking for one and we will email you a gift note in PDF format that you can print for or email to your gift recipient.
Because all treats are made to order, we are unable to guarantee that orders can be rescheduled, edited or cancelled.
To cancel, edit, or reschedule an order submit an edit order or cancellation request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number for faster service.
There are no returns, modifications, or cancellations allowed on any items once shipped.
All items are final sale. We DO NOT accept returns and DO NOT issue refunds after your box ships. Since our products are made to order and perishable, we cannot repurpose your box for anyone else.
If an item arrives damaged or spoiled, please provide us with a detailed explanation and photo of the damaged item and we will gladly replace the item in question at no additional charge. Note that certain items like macarons and cookies are extremely delicate and may crack during transit which is normal. Also, all of our products are sealed in individual bags and boxes and are padded with fillers to minimize the opportunity for damage or cross contamination, but in the rare instance that any of your items arrived damaged, please reach out to us at email@example.com to resolve the issue within 3 days of delivery.

Orders ship only on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays in order to ensure they get to you as fresh as possible. Expect your favorite box of goodies to ship within one week of placing an order. Please let us know if you need it to be shipped by a certain date and we will try our best to accommodate your request with sufficient advance notice.

Boxes are shipped only on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Please email us directly at email@example.com with all requests to update Shipping Addresses. This is the only way for us to know that you’d like to change your address. Please allow at least 3 days of advance notice for changes to take effect.
If your box has already shipped and you’d like to update your Shipping Address for it, you may conveniently do so using FedEx Delivery Manager. This tool is administered by FedEx, and we are not responsible for any fees that you may incur as a result of an address change after your package is shipped.
Yes, spend $100 or more to get free shipping on your order.
No, we DO NOT ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a Street Address as the Shipping Address. We are not responsible for any delays resulting from delivery to a PO Box, and since our products are perishable, we cannot issue a refund nor send a replacement as a result of such delays.

Yes, it is natural for the cold gel pack to gradually warm to room temperature over time, and as such, arrive warm to the touch.

Yes, we offer a whole range of delicious desserts including macarons, cookies, brownies, pastries and other confections, all of which are made on premises in our Brooklyn kitchen with top quality ingredients.
Yes, most of our wholesale products can be shipped nationwide.
Yes, we offer local delivery within New York City as well as local pickup from our Brooklyn kitchen. Order minimums or service fees may apply.
